Basics

We explain the basics of how the Acquire4Hire hiring system works.

The Hiring Plus package includes the following features:

Calendar

Easily sync up your Gmail or GSuite account to your hiring schedule. Similar to Calendly, it is your scheduling automation platform for eliminating the back-and-forth emails to find the perfect time to meet with candidates. Just click a button to send a link to your calendar to get that interview scheduled.

Prescreen Questions

Traditional hiring practices are expensive and time-consuming. Our candidate prescreening system lets you ask your candidates questions and have them send you their answers which can be in the form of text answers or video.

Personality Tests

You can ask your candidates to take a personality test. With our system you can send unlimited tests without any extra fees. Understanding what each personality trait is and what it means to score high or low in that trait can give you insight into your candidates. It can help you better understand them, based on where they fall on the continuum for each of the personality traits listed.

Reference Checking

Reference checking is an important part of the hiring process, but it can be time-consuming and slow. Our reference checking system automates the process making it much easier and faster.
