About This Role
We are seeking a driven and health-conscious Fitness Equipment Sales Rep in Panama City, FL to connect commercial and residential clients with top-tier exercise solutions. In this role, you will build relationships with local gyms, community centers, and fitness enthusiasts to drive revenue and help our community stay active.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C sales opportunities within the Florida Panhandle region.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the safety, technology, and performance features of our inventory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to closing deals and coordinating delivery logistics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commission-based sales, retail sales, or account management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit client sites across Panama City and surrounding areas.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally to assist with light equipment setups or demonstrations.
Salary
- $45,000 - $85,000 USD

What You'll Do
Account Sales Representative Job Duties:
- Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
- Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Requirements
- Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services to new and existing customers
