1. What Acquire4Hire.com Is

Acquire4Hire.com is a job board connecting early childhood education employers with job seekers. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any employment relationship formed through this site.

2. Job Seekers

When you apply for a job through Acquire4Hire.com, you agree that:

  • The information you submit — including your resume — is accurate and your own
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Your application will be transmitted to and stored by the employer and our applicant tracking system
  • We have no control over employer hiring decisions and make no guarantees of employment

3. Employers

If you post jobs on Acquire4Hire.com, you agree that:

  • All job listings are for real, current openings
  • Listings accurately describe the position, compensation, and requirements
  • You will not post listings that discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law
  • You are authorized to represent the hiring organization
  • You will handle applicant data in compliance with applicable privacy laws

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, is not appropriate for the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from Acquire4Hire.com without written permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent applications or job postings
  • Use the site to send unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to submit applications or postings

5. Intellectual Property

The Acquire4Hire.com name, logo, and site design are our property. Job listings belong to the employers who post them. Resumes and application materials belong to the job seekers who submit them. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Acquire4Hire.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of job listings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acquire4Hire.com and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities or reliance on job listing content.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The site may link to employer websites or third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party site.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll revise the effective date at the top when we do.
