When you search for jobs
We process location queries you enter (city, state, zip) to return relevant results. We don't store your search history tied to any identifier.
Site analytics
We use GoatCounter for page view analytics. GoatCounter collects no cookies and no personal data — it counts page views using aggregated, anonymous signals. No tracking pixels, no ad networks.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To transmit your job application to the employer you selected
- To operate and improve the job board
- To send you transactional emails related to your application (confirmation, status updates from employers)
We do not use your application data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your job search.
3. How We Share Your Information
Your application data is shared with the specific employer you apply to. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. Resume Storage
Resumes you upload are stored securely and associated with your application record. They are accessible to the employer you applied to. If you'd like your resume deleted, contact us at the address below.
5. Data Retention
Application records, including resumes, are retained for up to 2 years to allow employers to review and contact candidates. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
