About This Role
Our Techs are our unsung Heroes. They work hard behind the scenes to build bikes for eager new riders to enjoy and repair/maintain bikes to keep riders riding. This is not your dad's old "bike shop" environment. It's fast paced and very detail oriented with a high level of mechanical and technical skills needed in areas of suspension, electronic shifting, "e"bike motors/drivetrain, hydraulic brakes/shifting, and much more. Our Techs have an uncanny ability to heal bikes from any ailments so their owners enjoy more Freedom, Fitness & Fun.

What You'll Do
Work at our centralized service center-
- Maintaining, repairing or replacing components on bicycles, including standard and e-bikes.
- Work on brands of bikes we carry. Giant, Specialized, Liv, Aventon, Sunday, Fairdale.
Requirements
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Experience preferred working as a technician/ mechanic in a bike shop.
- Previous bike assembly experience or equivalent preferred
- Interest in working in a team environment committed to providing excellent sales and service experience while increasing sales through service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain open and positive relations with employees
- Interest in developing own skills and knowledge
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to periodically lift 50 pounds
