What You'll Do
What You’ll Do
- Own the Sales Process: From initial greeting to the final signature, you will manage the customer journey with urgency and precision.
- Drive Revenue: Proactively follow up on leads and identify new opportunities to grow your pipeline.
- Consult & Close: Use your product expertise to recommend the best solutions for clients while overcoming objections with ease.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure every client feels the "wow" factor through your professional energy and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Closers: You have a minimum of 2+ years of high-ticket retail or in-home sales experience (Flooring, Auto, Furniture, or Appliances preferred).

Requirements
Qualifications for the Sales Consultant
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven work experience in retail sales, flooring sales, interior design, furniture sales, or similar role
- Basic computer, social media, and math skills
- Proper phone etiquette and positive attitude
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors and clients
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong personal and professional judgement
- Ability to respond quickly to client's needs and wants
- Self-starter
- Desire to grow a business
- Excellent time management skills and detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority.
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace a plus
- Flexible work hours to include Saturdays
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
