About This Role
MDG Flooring America – Kiba Studios is seeking skilled LVP Subcontractor Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience installing luxury vinyl plank flooring in both glue-down and click-together formats. Candidates must understand floor tolerance, be able to flatten subfloors, and perform necessary patchwork to achieve flawless installations. We are looking for professionals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized job site. We have locations in North Olmsted, Medina and Akron. Installers will be required to travel in and around these areas.
- Pay Structure: Subcontractor position paid by piece work (rate varies by project type and scope).

What You'll Do
- Install LVP flooring using both glue-down and click-together methods.
- Assess and correct floor tolerance issues prior to installation.
- Flatten subfloors and complete necessary patchwork for smooth installation.
- Perform precise layouts and cuts to ensure clean, professional results.
- Maintain daily and final cleanup of the job site to company standards.
- Ensure safe, organized, and efficient work practices at all times.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing luxury vinyl plank flooring.
- Knowledge of glue-down and click-together installation methods.
- Strong understanding of tolerance, subfloor flattening, and patchwork requirements.
- Reliable transportation and own set of professional tools.
- Must have a reliable vehicle capable of hauling materials.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must carry active business insurance and vehicle insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
