About This Role
We are seeking skilled and experienced LVP Subcontractor Installers to join our team at MDG Flooring America – Kiba Studios. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of installing luxury vinyl plank flooring in both glue-down and click-together formats. To excel in this role, one must possess a solid understanding of floor tolerance, subfloor flattening, and necessary patchwork to achieve flawless installations. What You'll Do
- Installation of luxury vinyl plank flooring using both glue-down and click-together methods will be a primary responsibility.

Requirements
- Must have proven experience installing luxury vinyl plank flooring.
- Knowledge of both glue-down and click-together installation methods is essential.
- A strong understanding of tolerance, subfloor flattening, and patchwork requirements is necessary.
- Reliable transportation and professional tools are a must.
- Must have a reliable vehicle capable of hauling materials and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must carry active business insurance and vehicle insurance at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are essential.
- Able to maintain a clean and organized job site.
