- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, educating them about our products and services, and exceeding their expectations.

What You'll Do
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including:
- Establishing strong relationships with customers through active listening, product knowledge, and personalized service.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking, cleaning, and merchandising.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate, enthusiastic recommendations to customers.
- Providing expert advice on bike setup, maintenance, and repair, including installation of vehicle rack systems and performing safety checks.
- Processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt, friendly service, and effective conflict resolution.
- Participating in inventory management, including stock requisitioning, receiving, and stocking.
- Supporting team members as needed to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Engaging in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Ability to maintain open and positive relations with employees and customers.
- Previous bike shop sales experience preferred, not required.
- Interest in working in a team environment committed to providing excellent sales and service experience while increasing sales through service
- Ability to lift 40 pounds periodically.
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred working as a retail sales associate.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Interest in developing own skills and knowledge.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
