About This Role
Bike Mart is a full service bike shop, and our Service Writers play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences.
They are responsible for greeting customers, performing an inspection of their bikes, gathering information about their riding habits, and making recommendations for service.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, knowledgeable, and able to think on their feet, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Do
Our Service Writers will provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and greeting customers as they arrive.
They will perform a thorough inspection of customers' bikes, and gather important information about the rider and their bike usage.
Using this information, they will recommend services and repairs, and enter customer data into our Point of Sale system.
When necessary, they will also perform basic repairs, and schedule more complex services for our technicians.
