About This Role
Responsible for the total installation component of the customer experience for Full-Service Flooring Company in HOU area.
What You'll Do
Duties included, but not limited to:
- Manage flooring installation crews
- Resolve job site issues
- Oversee service calls and claims
- Ensure customer satisfaction for completed projects
Requirements
- Must have leadership skills
- Must have outstanding customer service skills, written and verbal
- Can handle customer concerns/complaints with ease and stay calm and focused.
- Detail Oriented
- Organized
- Time-Management Skills
- Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn and work
- Ability to utilize industry specific software (comprehensive training provided)
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Travel required for position - 50%
