We’re looking for a strong salesperson who takes ownership, follows through and wants to build a career in the bike industry.
Cycling experience is strongly preferred. We’ll also consider an exceptional salesperson who is genuinely excited to learn the sport, understand the culture and become part of the cycling community.
This is a performance-driven sales role. You’ll be expected to build relationships, follow up consistently, create an exceptional customer experience and produce measurable results.

What You'll Do
- Own the customer experience from first conversation through follow-up
- Use our sales process consistently to help customers find the right bike, equipment and services
- Build repeat customers, referrals and reviews
- Follow up with leads, quotes, test rides and past customers
- Know your numbers and use them to improve
- Learn our products, technology, financing and service offerings
- Support e-commerce, service, inventory and daily store operations
- Keep the store organized, accurate and customer-ready
- Participate in coaching, role-play and ongoing development
Requirements
- Competitive, resourceful and self-motivated

- Genuine interest in bikes and cycling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Weekend and holiday availability during peak retail periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly

- Proven track record of strong sales performance
- Bicycle-industry experience
- Active involvement in the cycling community
- Specialty retail or consultative sales experience
- Strong outbound sales or follow-up habits
- Bicycle product knowledge
- Bicycle assembly or basic mechanical skills
- Ascend POS experience

- Peak season runs November through March. Strong availability during this period is required, including weekends and holidays, and extended PTO is limited.
