What You'll Do
The ideal candidate will be accountable for store performance, leading by example and setting the standard for team members. Key responsibilities include:
Driving Sales and Profit Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and gross profit on the sales floor and service counter
- Lead by example in sales and customer experience, ensuring a positive impact on team members and customers
- Monitor and adjust processes to ensure bikes are built and serviced quickly, minimizing inventory and labor downtime
- Analyze store performance and address gaps quickly to maintain momentum and growth
Team Development and Coaching
- Provide comprehensive training and coaching to team members on sales, service, and systems
- Reinforce training through role-play, hands-on coaching, and access to Trek University and Cardone University
- Lead team meetings and foster a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement
Store Operations and Maintenance
- Maintain strong cash handling and financial controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, transfers, and cycle counts to maintain accuracy and prevent losses
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and aligned with the Trek brand image
Leadership and Team Management
- Manage team schedules and performance expectations, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Develop individual development plans (IDPs) for direct reports, setting clear goals and expectations
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, support, and guidance

- Leadership and Retail Experience: Minimum 1 year managing a retail store and team while driving sales and profit growth
- Sales and KPI Focus: Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue, gross profit, and customer experience targets

- Retail Leadership: Minimum 1 year managing a retail store and team while driving sales and profit growth
