About This Role
Looking for a motivated individual to meet or exceed sales goals, cultivate strong relationships with customers and provide solutions to meet their flooring needs. Provide the customer with a personalized shopping experience by having knowledge of design and use of various floor covering options. Work with other staff to accommodate the customers needs. Have the ability to closely work with install crews to schedule installations. This job is commission based pay only (no commission cap)

What You'll Do
Duties include but not limited to: answering phones, interactions with customers in store, showing flooring, product knowledge, problem solving, conflict resolution, locating product in warehouse, ordering material, invoicing, occasional jobsite visits, use of computer and various other job duties
Requirements
Ability to work set scheduled hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) (Sat 10am-2pm)
(Every third Saturday off and additional day off through the week)
Nice to Have
previous sales experience preferred (not required)
