About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Bike Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cycling, a strong understanding of bicycle mechanics and parts, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

As a Bike Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing bikes for sale, performing a variety of service functions, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
Duties will include:
- Assembling and preparing bikes for sale, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Performing a variety of service functions on new and used bikes, including repairs, maintenance, and customization.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
Requirements include:
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred working as a technician/mechanic in a bike shop.
- Previous bike assembly experience or equivalent preferred.
- Interest in working in a team environment committed to providing excellent sales and service experience while increasing sales through service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain open and positive relations with employees and customers.
- Interest in developing own skills and knowledge.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to periodically lift 40 pounds.
