About the Role
N+1 Bikes is looking for a skilled bike mechanic to join our growing team. We build road, gravel, mountain, and e-bikes from the frame up, and we ship them nationally. Our shop builds approximately 10 bikes a day, so this is a fast-paced, high-volume environment perfect for someone who takes pride in precision, speed, and quality craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
- Build bikes frame-up across road, gravel, MTB, and e-bike platforms
- Perform full builds and service work to a consistent, high-volume daily standard (~10 bikes/day shop output)
- Ensure every bike meets quality and safety standards before it ships
- Communicate with customers on service and sales opportunities
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced bike mechanics, or mechanics with some experience who are eager to learn and grow within the company
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-style shop environment
