N+1 Bikes is growing fast, and we need a mechanic who wants to grow with us. We build road, gravel, MTB, and e-bikes frame-up and ship them nationwide — about 10 bikes a day. If you love wrenching and want a shop where your speed and skill actually pay off, this is your spot.
What You'll Do
- Build road, gravel, MTB, and e-bikes from the frame up
- Keep pace with a high-volume shop building ~10 bikes daily
- Deliver builds that are ready to ship, every time
- Talk shop with customers and help drive sales and service revenue
- Be part of a tight-knit crew that takes bikes seriously
Requirements
- Bike mechanics of any experience level — pros and up-and-comers both welcome
- Sharp eye for detail and solid mechanical skills
- Ready to move fast in a production shop environment
- Bonus points if you're comfortable talking sales with customers
